You can bring the quartz watch to the shop counter where you bought, or authorized repair center or contact 400-6268-789. We always suggest that you check waterproof inspection when replacing the battery. If necessary, we will advise you to have comprehensive checking. 

Water resistant depends on case structure. Every piece of Nobel watch is water resistance, you can check this on the caseback.
The static waterproof rating of Nobel watch is based on BAR or ATM. 30 meters (3Bar that is 3 atmospheres) waterproof watch. Note: These numbers reflect the technical parameters, and do not represent the depth to which the watch can enter the water.
